We keep data collection minimal. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

SleepWell360 is primarily an educational site. We do not require an account to browse the site, read research, or take the sleep assessment.
Assessment answers. Your answers are processed in your browser to generate your score and recommendations. They are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Contact information. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
Usage data. Our hosting provider and any analytics we use may record standard technical information such as pages viewed, referring page, browser type, and approximate region.
We use browser local storage to remember assessment progress and to count outbound clicks on recommended products. Affiliate networks and merchants we link to may set their own cookies once you land on their site, which is how they attribute a referral to us. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time.
To operate and improve the site, respond to your messages, understand which content is useful, and measure referrals to partner merchants.
We do not sell your personal information.
When you click a recommended product, you leave SleepWell360 and are subject to that merchant's privacy policy. We may also use service providers for hosting and analytics who process data on our behalf.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Because we collect very little, this is usually limited to email correspondence. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
SleepWell360 is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy as the site evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Questions? Email hello@sleepwell360.com.
